Brayden came today to install my dishwasher. He communicated clearly before coming, was right on time, and was incredibly friendly and thorough. He politely asked before doing anything with my existing connections or using my counter space. They provided new connections to ensure against leaks, and he was very detail-oriented, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. He was very clean and took care to make sure my floors and countertops didn't get damaged. Excellent customer service!

Great service, exceeded expectations! We've been wanting a Frigidaire column refrigerator/freezer pair for years. Since 2020 broke global manufacturing pipelines, they've all but disappeared. We came to the showroom, and Joel informed us they had some already on the way and to expect 3-4 weeks. One week later, he tells us they're arriving early, and the next Monday we get a message that they can be delivered the next day. Hooray for double luck!But, they were seriously damaged. We contacted Joel and the delivery crew, and the soonest they could replace them was two days later. Okay. They're way ahead of schedule anyway. A few hours later, and Brayden from the delivery crew says they'll be here in 30 minutes with replacements. Wow, that's awesome! They took the time for a thorough inspection of the new set, and Brayden talked me through a few questions about the pairing kit.Mistakes happen. How they're corrected is most important, and exceeding expectations is definitely how to earn return customers. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. We'll definitely be back for our next purchase.

I have purchased three appliances through this company in the last several years. I am SO pleased with their service! The individual I have been working with always provides a quick response, makes great recommendations and has saved me around $100 on each purchase. When I went to pick up my order, they were watching for me and met me at the car with my purchase! Such impressive service! I highly recommend them and already have passed their number on to my friends and family!

I saw Joel at the Home and Garden show. He was friendly and helpful so I decided to go to CONTRACT APPLIANCE SALES INC to look for a new washing machine and dryer. Again Joel was helpful and I decided on a Speed Queen. Delivery was a few days out but Joel called me the next day with a faster delivery. Yay! Brad was the delivery/installer. He was courteous and helpful. He was careful to not damage the machines or my home. Before he left he asked me if I had any questions. Overall a much appreciated and great experience.
