center burner half of it will not light and it has only been used 4 times. the touchpad the numbers 1,4,7 no longer respond, and after trying the self-clean option the light in the oven no longer works and no longer does the self-clean option.
my kenmore oven lasted me 27 years. the samsung has not lasted 2.

i was in need of a stove for thanksgiving and this looked perfect!!! my stove worked well and seem to cook food faster but the oven from the first day til now does not work well!!! my middle burner went out on my stove right after 6 months in which i thought it was covered for a year. so, it is thanksgiving a year later and again i do not have a middle burner,

i bought gas range from lowes in may which was delivered in eng if june and i got installed in jul. after using it just for a month cooktop area around left most burner started showing some stains which later turned into rust. i didn't expected such a poor quality of stove, i reported it to samsung and they said it's not covered in warranty. it's hilarious to see that stove is getting rust in 1month and manufacturer don't think it's something that are responsible for. not going to buy any samsung stove or recommend any of samsung products

this is not a quality product. we have had the stove for 4 months - two knobs have broken (the piece that attaches them to the stove is made of cheap plastic) and two of the metal grates that go over the burners have also cracked. the cost to replace these 4 small parts is over $300. i will buy a new stove from a different manufacturer before i buy these over-priced parts that are just going to break again. i suggest you go with a different product.

i love my new range. i had a whirlpool in the past the 5th burner is great. i wish i could lock out the burners though. my kitten climb onto the top of the range using one of the knobs as a step. the gas was on all night and the house was full of it. any suggestions would be great.
the whirlpool had that option to lock the top.

Burner placement is optimal for the 5-burner arrangement. Slick look spiffed up my daughter's kitchen. I have only one concern with the oven. Should the igniter rod be lit up and glowing all the time the oven burner is operating?

this range performs basic functions well. however, some features don't work as they should. the bread proofing oven setting is way too hot. bread should proof at around 80-85° tops, and this proof setting hits 120°, which will ruin your bread. also, the panel sometimes goes dead - none of the "buttons" on the panel will work. the only remedy is to go to the breaker box and turn off the power to the range. i also wish the center burner had more power. it doesn't really get a grill or griddle hot enough. for the money, the range is a good value, but this "gremlins" are annoying. i'd recommend it with reservations.

after 17 months the digital buttons do not work. i have tried resetting the range by inplugging it and even tripping the corcut bresker. nothing has worked and being a relatively new product this should not happen.

recieved our new oven yesterday and had it installed. noticed a gas smell this morning. call out a plumber and he used a tool to check for natural gas. they gas leak was not coming from the pipes but from the unit itself. called samsung warrenty and a technician cannot even come out for another 5 days. i have a brand new oven that i have yet even got to use.

My husband and I recently bought our forever home and one of the things needing upgrades were the kitchen appliances. Since we were converting from electric to gas it took us quite a while to get everything in order. Once we had our range installed I couldn't be happier with it. The ease and efficiency of it was wonderful for a family of five. The range is definitely a beautiful centerpiece of my kitchen as well!

i thought i had researched well, as it rates highly across multiple sites. however, i did not take the time to read individual reviews. i wish i had. there are reviews from years ago speaking of the same issues i have in october of 2020. the oven temp is very off. even after re-calibrating it per the manual, it does not achieve consistent or accurate temps. i was baking a birthday cake, and it took at least twice as long, and did not bake properly.

Okay, it's ONLY a stove, right??? No, it is my kitchen companion. I seem to be cooking more now that I have it. Also, by adding the middle grill, I am finally cooking breakfast {love over-easy eggs).
It was very easy to set-up and easy to use. Can't wait for Thanksgiving. I can bake 8 pies at one time, I believe, and the largest turkey I can find.
Cooking is simpler, as the different sizes of the cooking burners allow for even cooking. I can't get over this. Going to get the side-by-side fridge with the video screen next. It's the only thing I have that is not Samsung. They make the greatest products.

So far, we are very pleased with our new Samsung gas range.
For example, cook times on the cooktop are quick and excellent. Heat is very uniform and appears to cook food more quickly and efficiently than our previous range.
The oven is also very efficient and cooks food evenly and at the suggested time of the recipe.
We are enjoying cooking with this new range very much.

We bought this in late August, and by April it began to send an error message. Turns out cockroaches had gotten onto the mother board. I have bought very cheap gas ranges and never had one konk out because of insects. Samsung voids the warranty of they consider it pest infestation. Not a good design. Oven won't work. Ow.

Got this in December 2019. Nothing to complain about. All great features. But, few things I felt could have made it even better are 1) the center burner a large one is barely of no use to me. Skipping that would have saved me some space on top. 2) The oven size is very large and spacious but, to make it like that they reduced the storage space in bottom drawer. We do not actually need that spacious owen but, a little more space to the storage drawer would have been better. Well, it is just my preference but, no big deal. Overall I'm impressed with the unit.
